Property and Cancellation Policies


CANCELLATIONS & REBOOKINGS

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a PHP 2,500 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • Rebooking requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the original arrival date and are limited to one rebooking per reservation.

La Fuga Siargao – Terms & Conditions

1. Prices and Taxes

All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will honor the rate at the time of reservation.

2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

  • Full payment is required upon booking to confirm your stay.
  • Valid ID and booking confirmation must be presented upon check-in.
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out (subject to availability):
  • Before 3:00 PM – PHP 2,500
  • After 3:00 PM – Full night’s rate applies

3. Cancellations & Rebookings

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival incur a PHP 2,500 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • Guests may rebook once only, and requests must be made at least 30 days prior to original arrival date. Rebooking is subject to availability.

4. Room Preferences

For changes in room preference, please email us in advance at lafuga.siargao@gmail.com. All requests are subject to availability.

5. Traveling with Minors

  • Children under 3 years old stay free of charge.
  • Children aged 4–7 years old stay for PHP 800/child/night.
  • A baby bassinet is available upon request (subject to availability).
  • All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

6. Accessibility or Special Needs

Guests with accessibility needs are encouraged to notify us in advance. While some areas may be limited in access, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

7. Parking

Complimentary on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. La Fuga Siargao is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft involving parked vehicles.

8. Hotel Events

La Fuga Siargao may host private or community events. Guests will be informed in advance whenever possible. We aim to keep disruptions to a minimum.

9. Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly! However, for the comfort of all guests:

  • Pets are not allowed on beds due to allergy concerns.
  • Guests must clean up after their pets and prevent damage or disturbances.
  • Additional fees may apply for cleaning or repairs related to pets.

10. Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor areas.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • A cleaning fee may be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.

11. Transportation Services

We offer several transport options to make your arrival and departure seamless:

  • Private One-Way Transfer (Airport or Port): PHP 2,500
  • Private Roundtrip Transfer: PHP 4,500
  • Private Transfer (Airport & Back): PHP 5,000
  • Shared Transfer: PHP 350/person/way
    Please request transportation in advance to ensure availability.

12. Dispute Resolution / Issues

Any concerns during your stay should be reported to management immediately. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to applicable Philippine laws under local jurisdiction.

13. Use of Personal Information

By booking, guests consent to the collection and use of personal information for reservation, communication, and service improvement. Your data will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

14. Liability

La Fuga Siargao is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during your stay, except as required by law. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and observe all safety precautions.

15. Force Majeure

La Fuga Siargao is not responsible for cancellations or service failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, or power outages.

16. Third Party Rights

These terms apply only to the guest and La Fuga Siargao. No third party has rights under these terms.

17. Waiver

Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right in future circumstances.

18. Severance

If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

19. Property Rules

To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all:

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • No loud music or disruptive behavior
  • Keep rooms and shared spaces clean
  • Visitors must be registered and may not stay overnight unless included in the reservation
  • Damages or missing items will be charged accordingly
