Our story begins in Bali, where we discovered more than just stunning landscapes, and world class surfing—we found a cuisine that completely captured our hearts. Balinese food is unapologetically bold, rich with spices, and layered with flavors that tell stories of tradition and culture. Every dish feels alive, carrying with it the soul of the island.
We fell in love with that way of cooking—the balance of heat and sweetness, the smokiness from the grills, the generous use of herbs and spices. It fascinated us and inspired a dream: to bring those unforgettable flavors back home to Siargao.
Here on the island, our vision is to share that same experience with you. We want to satisfy cravings for bold and intense tastes, while also creating opportunities for discovery—a chance to reminisce about past travels or to find new memories in every bite.
For us, food is more than what’s on the plate. It’s a way to transport you, to make you feel a story unfolding with every flavor. And through every dish, we hope to bring a piece of Bali’s spirit into Siargao, one meal at a time.
